Steve manages a substantial contract base throughout North and South Carolina, along with a coordinated team of district service managers, field technicians, and office personnel. He also provides technical support to his group to help ensure they receive continuity of service. 

With his in-depth experience, Steve is always looking for opportunities to expand his team’s portfolio of Applied equipment and deliver alternatives to meet customer demands. 

Expertise

Steve has dedicated over 25 years of Industry service with 16 of them at Aircond. He has served roles within Aircond as Service Technician, Lead Technician, District Service Manager, and Service Operations Manager. He attended Pfeiffer University and has received multiple training from various manufactures on chillers, rooftop units, and controls. He continues to work across the company footprint on chiller rebuilds and technical support. 

Personal Side

When not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters. You can usually find him playing golf, riding motorcycles, enjoying lake days, or coaching his daughter’s travel softball.
