Lauren provides strategic oversight to our finance and our accounts payable departments. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of lease accounting, project work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and risk management. She works closely with our Chief Financial Officer to help ensure that monthly financial statements are prepared in accordance with all necessary policies and procedures.
Expertise
Before joining Aircond, Lauren held various accounting leadership roles at a privately held hospitality company and a commercial real estate firm. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as both a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance from Kennesaw State University.
Personal Side
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
