As the Chief Financial Officer, Lauren leads the strategic oversight of the Finance department and is involved in all day-to-day financial aspects of the company. She is responsible for financial reporting, financial policy development and implementation, credit and collections, accounts payable, and risk management. She leads the accounting team to ensure monthly financial statements are prepared in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures.
Expertise
Before joining Aircond, Lauren held various accounting leadership roles at a privately held hospitality company and a commercial real estate firm. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as both a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance from Kennesaw State University.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
