Her experience includes creating project management frameworks, implementing quality and safety programs, and driving strategic initiatives that help reduce risk and improve delivery timelines.
Desirre holds a master’s degree in project management (construction) from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and applied science engineering from Rutgers University. Further, she is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional and has a proven track record of fostering collaboration across departments to scale high-impact solutions.

A mother of two, Desiree enjoys traveling with family and friends, watching sports, reading, and fitness. She also volunteers with organizations that help single mothers gain employment skills and certifications.
