Human Resources Manager
Christina provides strategic oversight of all core HR functions, leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact people solutions. She partners with leaders across the business to shape a culture grounded in integrity, discipline, transparency, mutual respect and trust, safety, and teamwork, while driving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
Through thoughtful planning, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, she helps ensure our HR strategies support business growth, enhance employee empowerment and engagement, and foster continuous learning, team member development, and career growth within high-performing teams.
Christina brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience across the manufacturing, construction, and service industries. Prior to joining Aircond, she held senior HR roles where she led large-scale initiatives in talent strategy, organizational design, employee experience, and change management. She has a proven track record of building scalable HR infrastructure, leading cultural transformations, and coaching leaders through complex organizational change.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Christina enjoys life with her husband and their two rescue pups. She spends free time with family and friends, traveling, hanging on the water, listening to music, and cheering Clemson Tigers football on to victory.
