David is responsible for strategic growth and sales development across all Aircond offices. He supports our greater leadership team on large account planning, local market strategies, and project development, and is deeply involved with growing our company’s footprint across the southeast.

He is a team-focused and results-driven leader who focuses on developing team members to create a winning culture of success and he prides himself on his ability to identify needs and implement effective solutions that grow revenue.

Expertise

David has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry starting as a journeyman pipefitter and HVAC service technician.  He then worked at Carrier and Daikin, first managing accounts in the Western New York markets for Carrier, where he developed customer relationships in several vertical markets, including higher education, healthcare, and manufacturing.  David then spent time at Daikin as a District General Manager overseeing all operations and sales.  Additionally, he was instrumental in implementing new marketing strategies, developing and implementing national training programs for field and office staff. 

Throughout his career he has developed extensive experience with truck-based HVAC service, large projects (both hard bid and design-build), sales training and management, and finance and account management. 

David has a master’s degree in business, with a focus on strategic leadership from Michigan State University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Penn State University. He was a UA certified journeyman pipefitter, is certified to work with chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), and has completed OSHA’s 10- and 30-hour training programs.

The Personal Side

David enjoys spending time with his three children and wife of over 20 years.   He loves the outdoors, the beach, and water sports.
