Senior Human Resources Manager
Katie works with the HR team to develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent, build retention, and foster a positive workplace culture. She is responsible for conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process for new employees. The entire HR team continues to optimize performance and help ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Katie has over a decade of experience in the human resources field, working with companies in retail, property management, and construction. She has extensive experience in recruiting, conflict management and investigation, training development, HR compliance, and performance measuring.
She received her bachelor’s degree in communication studies, with a minor in African languages and literature, from the University of Georgia.
Katie enjoys exploring parks and restaurants, taking Pilates, traveling with her husband, and spending time with their dog, Fran.
